In stock items will be shipped out every tuesday after 10am PST, for pre-order items please see below. SmallTown is not responsible for any carrier related delays. We can not change a shipping address or method after checkout. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery once it is in the carrier's hands. SmallTown is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We are a slow fashion brand and we do not over stock our items as the landfills do not need any added textile waste in the future. When ordering items on pre-order please give us up to 4 weeks to ship out. 


RETURN POLICY 

Please be conscious of your orders as we do not accept full returns. If you are unhappy with any item you have received we will gladly accept the item back for an exchange or online store credit for any unworn merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Customers are required to request a Return Authorization # and give reasoning for return. Shipping costs and charity donations are non- refundable. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
